Return Policy

Our goal at Allegiance Medical is to provide our customers excellent products and service. We offer a hassle-free return policy which is designed to make it easier for our customers to initiate returns.

New or Unused Product (Excluding Power Products)

New or unused product (excluding power chairs and power scooters) can be returned within 30 days from invoice date without incurring a restocking fee. The following terms and conditions apply to all returns:

  • Customer pays return freight charges.
  • Product should be in new and unused condition. The original box and all packaging must be included.
  • Credit will be given for the product only. Refunds do not include the original freight charges.
  • Bath Safety products are only returnable if original packaging was not opened.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to unauthorized returns, undeliverable addresses and delivery refusals involving undamaged product.
  • Used product is not eligible for return and is covered by the product warranties.

New Power Products

  • New power products (power chairs and power scooters) can be returned within 15 days.
  • A 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • Customer pays return freight charges.
  • Product should be in new and unused condition. The original box and all packaging must be included.
  • Customer is responsible for packaging product properly to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Used power product is not eligible for return and is covered by the product warranties.

Product Damaged During Shipping

  • Please do not accept damaged boxes and/or cartons.
  • Refuse delivery and note the reason for the refusal.
  • Please contact our customer service department immediately at info@allegiancemedicalsupply.com.

The customer has seven (7) days after accepting delivery to inspect products and report and damages or problems to our customer service.

Submitting A Return

Contact the returns department by email at returns@allegiancemedicalsupply.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). When requesting an RMA, please provide customer service with your customer account number, order number, model, serial number, quantity, reason for return and a valid email address. RMA’s expire after 30 days of issuance.
